We are currently looking for a part-time Car Rental Agent to join our team.
Requirements:
- Versatile availability, including weekends and holidays and work in different locations
- Robust customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle bookings, payments, and customer inquiries
- Basic computer skills
- Previous experience is an asset, but not required
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with vehicle rentals and returns
- Explain rental terms and insurance options
- Process reservations and payments
- Clean, inspect, and prepare vehicles to ensure they are ready for customers
- Maintain a professional and friendly customer experience
