ABOUT YOU:

Detail-Spotter. Tech-Fluent. Canva Pro. Self-Starter. Systems Thinker. Learner. Genuine. Leadership Nerd (bonus points).

You notice when a slide is one font size off, when a link in a course is broken, or when a workbook still has last year's date on it, and fixing those things feels satisfying, not tedious. You pick up new platforms quickly by clicking around, reading the help docs, and figuring it out, and you ask when you're stuck.

You're fluent in Canva: brand kits, templates, and layouts that look polished and stay consistent across dozens of pages.

Blue Rebel Works is a female-owned culture and leadership development consultancy with a mission to improve people's lives by Making Work Awesome. We partner with fast-growing and changing SMBs and non-profits, working with CHROs, senior executives, and leadership teams through leadership programs, team and executive coaching, and culture change.

THE WORK:

You'll keep the learning materials behind our programs accurate, up to date, and on-brand across four platforms:

- Canva (slides and workbooks): Update decks and workbooks with new content, client-specific language, and branding, and help us build clean, reusable templates.
- Learn Worlds (our LMS): Build and update courses, upload content, set up program cohorts, and keep everything working smoothly for participants.
- Actionable: Set up and update habit builders for each program so participants turn learning into daily practice.
- Session Lab: Build and maintain session plans so our facilitators always work from the current flow.

The heart of the role: when something changes in one place,



you make sure it changes everywhere it needs to.

YOU'LL NEED:

- Strong Canva skills, including templates, brand kits, and multi-page documents (please share a sample or two)
- Hands-on experience with at least one LMS (Learn Worlds is a plus)
- Your own laptop, reliable internet, and a place to work
- Bonus: experience with Actionable or Session Lab, or a background in L&D;, HR, or training

IS IT REALLY ALL RAINBOWS AND UNICORNS?

We wish! Some honest challenges:

- Pam thinks fast, talks faster, and breezes over details. That's partly why this role exists. You'll need to stop her and ask; she's happy when you do.
- Work comes in waves around program launches, so some weeks are busier than others.
- Four platforms means a lot of switching between tools. If that drains you, this may not be the fit. (If it energizes you, put the word "unicorn" somewhere in your application so we know you read this far.)
- Remote work is flexible, but it can feel solo at times.

THE DETAILS:

- Contract role, approximately 10–15 hours per week
- Rate: $35/hour
- Remote, with occasional in-person meetings in the Hamilton, Ontario area (travel not reimbursed)
- Open to Canada-based candidates who can get to Hamilton when needed
- Start date: October 2026
