Degree/diploma in computer science or related discipline, or equivalent combination of training and experienceA minimum of 10+ years’ related experience supporting technology platforms and delivering projects/products to enable businesses capabilitiesIdeal candidate has experience working with Wealth businesses and systems and maintains a strong knowledge of wealth products in the Canadian financial services marketExperience managing through change, enabling an execution excellence culture and applying technology thought leadership to solve problemsExcellent leadership skills with the ability to hire, inspire, train/develop, performance manage and drive high employee engagementAbility to respond to and generate urgency, create clarity thorough ambiguity, and pivot quickly when neededDemonstrated experience in challenging the status quo and identifying areas of improvement (across people, process, and technology)Preference and experience working in a complex environment that is rapidly evolving, with high expectations for excellence and achievementExcellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with all levels, technical and non-technical,



within the organizationAble to be "hands-on" with support when needed, but also have a strategic / business mindsetThe base salary for this position is between
$128,000 - $178,000
annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.E. annual bonus, commission etc).
