Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the strategic vision and quality assurance processes - Enhance faculty development and curriculum innovation - Monitor program quality and adhere to academic regulations - Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for SPARK - Build critical relationships with institutional stakeholders
Requirements: - Master’s degree in Education;
Ph.D preferred - 7 yearsof management experience in post-secondary settings - Proven curriculum development expertise - Familiarity with educational technology applications - Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
