• Plan meaningful recreation activities tailored to residents

• Build solid connections with residents and their families
• Observe and report changes in resident participation
• Assist all departments in encouraging resident engagement
Requirements:
• Experience in long-term care or with seniors
• Diploma or degree in recreation or therapeutic recreation
• Entrollment in relevant diploma or degree programs
• Experience in health care or recreation settings
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
