Successful candidates will have a deep understanding of substance use disorders and proven counselling techniques. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments for treatment initiation
• Facilitate group therapy sessions as part of the program
• Develop and assess individual treatment plans




• Incorporate cultural practices into therapeutic approaches
• Mentor and support clients toward recovery goals
Requirements:
• Degree in Social Work or a counselling diploma preferred
• Must have been an abstainer from drugs and alcohol for 2 years
• Valid Class 5 license and readiness to obtain Class 4
• Explicit background checks must be provided
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with clients
