About the Opportunity

We're looking for innovative individuals who can bring fresh perspectives to our team. We're currently hiring for a

full time, Equipment Operator (excavator and skid steer) with retaining wall and paver experience

to join our team.

Responsibilities

Complete assigned labor tasks, including work outside of machine when needed (ground work)

Ability to operate an excavator and skidsteer

Work effectively within a team or independently

Be open to a variety of different tasks that can differ day-to-day

Requirements

Be proficient in grading soils

Have 1 to 2 years experience in Hardscape and Softscape

Have 1 to 2 years experience using an excavator, and a skid steer

Must have a valid drivers license and clean abstract

Be able to lift 50+ lbs without issueCan problem solve efficiently

Good organization and time management skills
