Job Title: Field Production Operator (Contract) with future opportunity to become an employee te Location: Must reside within 1 hour of Cynthia, Alberta Schedule: 8 days on, 6 days off (10-hour days) Overview Seeking an experienced Independent contractor for a Field Production Operator role. The contractor will manage daily well, battery, and facility operations, production accounting, and in office maintenance. Core Responsibilities Execute daily visual inspections of well pads and monitor wellhead parameters. Optimize flowing gas and condensate wells to prevent liquid loading and manage pump jacks and other artificial lift systems. Coordinate fluid hauling (oil, NGL, produced water) and manage field chemical injection rates. Operate central battery process equipment, gas sweetening units, compressors, and storage tank farms. Execute well tests, conduct physical tank dips, and prove custody
