This position is responsible for ensuring that all buildings, common areas, amenities, and grounds meet company standards for safety, cleanliness, functionality, and presentation.The Maintenance Supervisor leads maintenance operations across work orders, preventative maintenance, unit turnovers, and vendor coordination, while also serving as a visible and responsive presence for residents and on‑site teams.
