Status: Part-time contract, 14 hours per week (Ending June 18, 2026, with the possibility of extension).

What you'll conquer every day

- Provide support regarding EDI practices, and sustainability
- Monitor trends, best practices and development opportunities regarding EDI and sustainability practices and keep faculty, non-teaching staff and management team informed;
- Coordinate the promotion in the College of activities related to those sectors;
- Support the growth and development of the College in those sectors.
- Participate to committees as requested;
- Contribute to grant requests.

What makes you the one

- Must hold an undergraduate university degree in an appropriate area of specialization.
- Good knowledge of the collegial network;
- Excellent attention to details and rigor;
- Proficiency in both English and French, spoken and written;




- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- Experience with research grant request processes;
- Good organizational skills;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.);
