Become a pivotal part of patient care as a TMS Technician at Neuro Wellness Spa, facilitating TMS treatments and enhancing mental health services. Your role will focus on patient scheduling, treatment execution, and equipment management.
As part of our compassionate team, you’ll collaborate with psychiatrists and clinic managers while utilizing your strong organizational abilities to maintain clinic compliance. This position requires daily interactions with patients, ensuring their comfort and successful outcomes throughout their treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate patient appointments and TMS treatments
• Monitor and document patient outcomes throughout sessions
• Maintain TMS devices and administrative records accurately




• Support training of new technicians in clinic procedures
• Conduct follow-ups with discharged patients as needed
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience with mental health patients preferred
• Robust written and verbal communication skills
• Familiar with DrChrono and similar medical software
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
