Requirements

- Flexible availability throughout the year, including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods (November and December).
- Experience in luxury or client‑centric retail environment, or solid background in customer service with diverse and elevated clientele.
- Strategic sales mindset, willingness to learn, and passion for forming meaningful relationships with a global clientele.
- Motivated to continuously improve personal performance, works well in a team, possesses elevated interpersonal skills and curiosity to discover and delight clients.

Responsibilities

As a Client Advisor, you will provide personalized service, guide customers through product experiences, and maintain high standards of luxury retail presentation.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly rate plus an uncapped commission program.
