As the HSE Manager, you will implement Geochemistry Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs across North America. This role involves working with site leaders to address HSE challenges and foster a culture of safety. You will conduct audits, manage incidents, and drive continuous improvement in HSE performance, ensuring that compliance is upheld across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:



• Implement and adapt global HSE standards to regional needs • Provide guidance and support to site leadership • Manage compliance audits and workplace assessments • Lead root cause analyses for incidents and recommend actions • Monitor and document HSE performance trends

Requirements: • Over 3 years in Occupational Health & Safety • Management experience is highly preferred • Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or relevant field • Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Effective communicator with coaching experience
