CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures seeks a skilled Sous Chef to support the culinary team across a remote BC ski program. You will assist the Lead Chef and First Cook, help plan menus, oversee daily kitchen operations, and craft the après-ski Tea Goodie for guests.
The role is full-time seasonal with a split shift and accommodation provided during shifts. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in fast-paced luxury kitchens, Food Secure certification, and a culinary institute background.
