This role involves providing a stable, nurturing, and therapeutic home environment for children who have experienced trauma or adversity. While the primary caregiving happens in your home, the support, training, and administrative aspects are managed remotely, offering unparalleled flexibility. You will work closely with a dedicated support team to ensure the well-being and development of the children placed in your care, anywhere within the country, from your own home base.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, loving, and therapeutic home environment for children in foster care.
- Implement strategies to support children's emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs.
- Collaborate closely with the agency's support team via remote communication channels.
- Attend virtual training sessions and support group meetings.
