The HUB is open every day the mountain is operating, as well as Thursday evenings from 5 PM for Wings Night.

Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Operating safely : Ensure the protected and efficient operation of the lifts, ensuring strict adherence to safety procedures.
- Customer assistance : Help skiers and snowboarders of all levels to board and disembark the lifts safely, while providing excellent customer service.
- Monitoring and maintenance : Monitor lifts in operation and report any technical problems to ensure optimal operation.
- Fostering the experience : Contribute to creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere for our visitors.





Qualifications

- Ability to work in winter conditions and stand for long periods.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- At least 18 years of age is an asset.
