This role is not transactional. It requires a finance professional who can proactively identify when projects are trending over budget based on percentage of completion and implement corrective action before issues escalates.If you are solution-driven, confident challenging assumptions, and experienced managing full project financial statements in a construction environment, this is an prospect to step into a high-impact leadership-facing role.Principal tasks and responsibilities includeManage and oversee full project financial statements, including revenue recognition, WIP schedules, cost-to-complete forecasts, and margin analysisEnsure budgets remain aligned with percentage-of-completion accounting and proactively identify cost overrunsLead financial recovery strategies when projects trend over budget without defaulting to additional funding requestsProvide detailed reporting and analysis on overhead, contingency usage, variances, risks, opportunities,
