BC Nurses’ Union (BCNU) seeks an Executive Director, Member Services to lead labour relations, health and safety, communications and qualified practice support. The role shapes member services and negotiates complex bargaining strategies in collaboration with NBA and other tables. The incumbent reports to the CEO, oversees budgeting and performance, and fosters a culture of excellence, equity and continuous improvement for BCNU’s 50,000+ members across British Columbia.
