In this role, you’ll guide cross‑disciplinary teams, champion model‑based delivery, and accelerate our shift toward more integrated, data‑driven project outcomes.Your ImpactShape and implement the project‑wide BIM strategy aligned with client requirements, lifecycle needs, and delivery objectivesLead the configuration and oversight of digital design systems, including ProjectWise and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), to ensure seamless team collaborationDevelop, maintain, and enforce the Design BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and BIM Uses to guide consistent, high‑quality model development across disciplinesProvide technical leadership for multi‑disciplinary teams, ensuring consistent application of Civil 3D, Revit, and digital best practices throughout all phases of designWork collaboratively with Construction BIM teams to align digital delivery workflows from design through executionMonitor Design BIM team performance and report insights, risks, and improvement opportunities to the Design ManagerMentor junior staff, elevate modelling standards, and contribute to the evolution of national/regional BIM methodologiesThe Skills That Set You ApartYou 've built deep technical experience in BIM delivery for complex infrastructure projects, ideally within rail and transit environmentsYou’re fluent in Revit, Civil 3D, ProjectWise, ACC,
