In this engaging position at YRES, you will facilitate diverse learning experiences for children and teens while enhancing their skills in leadership, public speaking, and STEAM. Your main objective is to create a nurturing and safe setting where every camper can thrive. You will collaborate with other staff to build programs that are developmentally appropriate and accessible to all.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a variety of youth-focused camp programming
• Support campers in overcoming challenges
• Utilize effective communication with families and staff




• Adhere to safety protocols and camp policies
• Promote diverse community engagement and wellness activities
Requirements:
• Experience in educational or camp settings preferred
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR-C necessary
• Passion for youth empowerment and community impact
• Experience in STEAM or recreational programming
