In this role, you will design, implement, and manage localized marketing campaigns tailored to the unique needs of our Partners and Private Sector customers across the globe.You will maintain a strong connection to the field by collaborating closely with sales, capturing and relaying regional feedback, and working in partnership with the Global Vertical team to execute programs that drive brand awareness, new logo acquisition, and customer expansion.What You’ll DoDevelop and execute channel marketing programs that drive pipeline growth for both new logo acquisition and customer expansion globally in partnership with the sales team. This includes monitoring progress against targets on a country level, as well as identifying, planning, and executing programs to close pipeline coverage gapsGather, analyze, and communicate feedback from sales, partners, and customers to inform program improvements and ensure regional relevance. Ensure campaigns are localized for different markets (working cross-functionally) to tailor messaging, content, and delivery to meet specific regional needs while maintaining global consistencyPlan and execute hosted and sponsored events globally, alongside the Global Events Team, to drive engagement and build relationships with customers, partners, and prospectsBuild and nurture relationships with regional channel partners, supporting enablement, co-marketing activities, and joint campaignsCollaborate with the Vertical Team and BDR Leaders to synchronize field-level activities with global channel, ABM,



and brand initiatives to streamline efforts and maximize team impactLeverage marketing automation systems and sales automation systems (Salesloft, Salesforce) to stage, execute, track, and manage programsTake a leadership role in defining and tracking key metrics; Report on programperformance, partner engagement, and campaign outcomes, presenting actionable insights cross-functionally and to leadershipForecast and manage the regional marketing budget, track expenditures, and oversee invoice processingWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience inmarketing program management, channel marketing, and B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generationInnovative, resourceful, and eager to adopt recent marketing strategies and tacticsExperience working cross-functionally with multiple teams, particularly sales, while aligning programs to field prioritiesNice to Have SkillsExperience supportingevent management and execution, including global eventsFamiliarity with tools such asON24, Cvent, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Demandbase, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and AI solutionsExperiencelocalizing campaignsto ensure messaging and content resonates across marketsThe Compensation range is for the primary location for which the job is posted.
