Mobile Heavy-Duty Vehicle Mechanic - Day Shift Responsibilities Perform general and preventive maintenance on heavy-duty vehicles at various client yards or on the road Conduct diagnostics and repairs on different units Carry out repairs according to established requirements and standards Complete inspection reports and work orders Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Requirements Must reside in Quebec (mandatory) DEP (Vocational Diploma) in Heavy-Duty Vehicle Mechanics or equivalent experience Valid PEP card (truck or trailer) (mandatory) Must have personal toolbox and tools Valid driver’s license Reliable, punctual, autonomous, and proactive Ability to understand and read electrical schematics Minimum of 2 years of experience in heavy-duty vehicle mechanics Assets Knowledge of air conditioning (A/C) systems Knowledge of DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) systems Class 1 driver’s license Working Conditions Salary: $30.00 to $38.00 per hour (depending on experience) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.M. to 5:00 p.M.
