Key Responsibilities:



• Lead and mentor a team of wind turbine technicians • Enforce ENERCON’s Health & Safety standards • Supervise maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues • Manage scheduling and site budgets effectively • Liaise with customers and stakeholders in the region

Requirements: • Degree in Electrical or Electromechanical field • At least 5 years in a leadership role, 3 in maintenance • Proficient in technical processes related to wind turbines • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Capability to work at heights and perform physically demanding tasks
