Become an Accounts Payable Expert with Fed Finance in the Greater Montreal area. This position is key to navigating a technological shift while optimizing payment workflows. This position directly supports the Accounts Payable team’s growth during a significant transformation.

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Controller, you will manage invoice entries, secure project manager approvals for payments, and follow up on discrepancies. The role emphasizes attention to detail while handling around 1,500 invoices each month. Key Responsibilities:

- Input invoices meticulously into the financial system
- Validate and prepare payments in collaboration with project managers
- Reconcile payments to invoices and resolve issues
- Communicate effectively with vendors via email
- Oversee a monthly volume of approximately 1,500 invoices Requirements:
- DEC in Accounting or similar field
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Solid grasp of accounts payable functions
- Proficient in accounting software and Excel
