About the Role

Our client is offering a fantastic opportunity for a motivated HR Intern to gain hands‑on experience in the Human Resources field within their Kimberley office. This internship is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment support, HR administration, employee onboarding, and HR project assistance. You will work closely with the HR team, learning valuable skills and contributing to daily operations. This hybrid role allows for practical on‑site learning combined with remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for job openings.
- Support the onboarding process for current hires, including paperwork and orientation logistics.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Help prepare HR reports and presentations.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, such as filing and responding to basic inquiries.




- Contribute to special HR projects as assigned by the HR team.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
