Join Agnico Eagle as a Supervisor for Long Range Planning, strategically influencing mine design and operations in Nunavut. This role is critical for effective long-term planning. As part of the Mine Engineering Department, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders and support the Reserves & Resources process while assuming the Qualified Person role.

Your primary focus will be coordinating the Life-of-Mine plan and ensuring compliance with both internal standards and external regulations. You’ll lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and sustainability within Agnico Eagle's mining practices. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate annual Life-of-Mine planning processes
- Direct Mineral Resources and Reserves updates as QP
- Optimize mine stope processes for efficiency
- Present findings and planning deliverables to stakeholders
- Develop and standardize planning techniques across departments Requirements:
- Bachelor's in mining engineering
- 10+ years in mining operations
- 2 years in a supervisory role
- Membership with a Canadian engineering organization
- Proficient in Deswik and Microsoft Office Suite Utilize your engineering expertise to ensure effective long-range planning at Agnico Eagle.
