Own the intelligence at the core of NutraMate. You will design, train, and ship the models and agentic pipelines that read real-world prescriptions, whether faxes, scans, or handwriting, and turn them into complete, verified orders inside Kroll and PropelRx.

What you will do

- Build and improve extraction, verification, and SIG-interpretation models on live Canadian prescription volume
- Design agentic workflows that decide, act, and flag uncertainty for pharmacist review
- Own evaluation: accuracy, autonomy rate, and false-flag reduction across 2,500+ clinical logics
- Ship to production pharmacies and close the loop on real-world edge cases

What we are looking for

- Degree in CS, engineering, math, or equivalent hands-on depth
- 3+ years building ML systems in production
- Strong Python and modern ML tooling; document AI or OCR a plus
- Comfort owning problems end to end in a small team
