In this role,
you will deliver exceptional attendee experiences while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, brand standards, and stakeholder expectations.Salary Range: $75,000 to $85,000Location: Downtown TorontoKey ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and execute corporate meetings and conferences of varying scale.Conduct needs assessments and define explicit meeting objectives.Identify, evaluate, and secure appropriate venues.Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the full meeting lifecycle.Develop and manage meeting budgets, timelines, RFPs, production schedules, and logistics documentation.Manage vendor sourcing, contract negotiations, invoicing, and reconciliation while controlling costs.Ensure meetings align with brand standards and organizational goals.Prepare post‑meeting reports including outcomes, metrics, lessons learned, and ROI analysis.Maintain a strong focus on attendee satisfaction and continuous improvement.What You Bring3–5 years of experience in corporate meeting or event planning.Bachelor’s degree in Meeting Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation is an asset.Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
