Senior Helpers Okanagan is hiring a Client Services Coordinator to support our caregiver team, maintain reliable schedules, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

This role is ideal for a registered HCA or experienced caregiver who thrives in a fast‑paced, logistical environment and wants a clear path to grow into leadership.

About the Role





The Coordinator ensures continuity of care through effective scheduling, some client communication, and hands‑on caregiving support when coverage gaps arise.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily/weekly caregiver schedules and respond quickly to cancellations
- Handle client calls related to timing, logistics, and schedule updates
- Support caregivers with logistical problem‑solving
- Take light‑to‑moderate client care shifts (8–12 hrs/week) to maintain continuity
- Assist with onboarding and operational tasks
- Support community outreach as assigned; including presentations to seniors and community facilities.

What You Bring

- Registered with the BC Care Aide Registry
- 2+ years senior‑care experience
- Solid communication, organization, and follow‑through
- Calm, steady professionalism
- Reliable transportation; flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends
- ~23–27 office hours/week + care‑shift supplementation.

30+ hour work week.
