Amazon Listings, Marketing & Wholesale Coordinator

FREEDOMclinic and TheFREEDOMstore are hiring one experienced, organized person to manage our Amazon product listings and support our marketing and wholesale growth.

Hands-on experience listing products in Amazon Seller Central is required. We’re looking for someone who knows how to enter products into an existing Amazon account, build and improve listings, and work through common listing issues. This role also includes social media content, podcast video editing, and outreach to businesses interested in carrying our products. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager and follow her direction on campaigns and priorities.

Responsibilities

- Add products to our Amazon seller account, including titles, descriptions, images, variations, and other required listing details.
- Maintain and improve existing Amazon listings, check them for accuracy, and troubleshoot listing errors or suppressed listings.
- Create and schedule social media posts, graphics, and short videos.
- Edit podcast episodes and clips for Let’s Talk About It with Kelly.
- Contact salons, hair loss clinics, trichology practices, hair studios,



and other potential retailers by phone and email.
- Follow up with wholesale leads and help manage retailer accounts and communications.
- Stay organized across multiple projects and provide regular progress updates to the Marketing Manager.

Required qualifications

- Proven experience creating and managing product listings in Amazon Seller Central.
- Strong understanding of Amazon listing requirements and day-to-day seller account tasks.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Confident phone, communication, and sales skills.
- Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Ability to follow instructions, accept feedback, and complete work independently.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.

Experience with social media content creation, video editing, ecommerce, or wholesale outreach is an asset. Additional languages are also an asset.
