This position is designed for someone with a strong background in utility processes who can effectively bridge operations, R&D;, and client needs. Your focus will be on the CayOps program, improving clients' workflows and driving success. Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate effective technology solutions and client engagement
- Directly support clients with system training and troubleshooting
- Conduct root cause analysis and document findings
- Manage user acceptance testing and feedback processes
- Provide support documentation for client services Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of utility operations and CIS functionality
- Robust interpersonal and influencing skills
- Ability to travel 25% within North America
- Previous software implementation experience in utilities preferred
