Agile delivery team , working closely with developers and managing requirements directly in

Azure DevOps . Short-Term contract to end of December with possible extension. Must Have: 5+ years of experience as an

IT Business Analyst 3+ years of experience working in

Agile delivery

environments 3+ years of hands-on experience with

Azure DevOps , including user stories, backlog management and sprint planning 3+ years of experience working directly with developers on

custom applications , including backlog prioritization and sprint planning Proven ability to translate business requirements into explicit,

build-ready user stories and acceptance criteria Experience supporting

UAT

and validating delivered functionality Nice to Have: Experience supporting

risk, scorecard or analytics-related initiatives Experience working with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into application enhancements Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements, with a focus on enhancements to existing application functionality Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria within

Azure DevOps , which serves as the system of record Manage and prioritize the backlog for

2-week sprints

in collaboration with developers and delivery leads Work closely with development teams to clarify requirements and support solution design, build and delivery Support UAT and validate that delivered enhancements meet business requirements Work with stakeholders and development teams to identify gaps,
