You will use your hands‑on maintenance skills and strong tenant service experience to help keep the buildings clean, protected and comfortable. Your responsibilities will range from maintaining common areas to completing minor repairs in the units and responding to day‑to‑day maintenance requests.
This part‑time opportunity is well suited to a self‑employed worker, a semi‑retired individual or someone with practical experience in general maintenance and repairs.
