You will guide, support, and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.You will:Assist the store management team in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflowsProvide clear direction, coaching, and on-the-job training to Sales AssociatesMaintain store presentation standards and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulationsSupport staffing needs and operational scheduling as requiredAddress customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively, escalating when neededDrive sales performance by supporting store targets and key performance indicatorsSupport store opening, closing,
