About the RoleOur client is looking for a proactive and experienced Retail Sales Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead a team of sales associates at their store in Kimberley. This position involves driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining store standards. You will act as a key support to the store manager, stepping in during their absence and providing guidance to the team on the floor. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, enjoys motivating others, and has a solid understanding of retail sales dynamics within the Northern Cape.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coach sales associates to achieve individual and store sales targets.Assist in opening and closing the store, ensuring all procedures are followed correctly.Monitor sales floor activity, engage with customers, and resolve escalated customer issues.Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained and products are displayed effectively.Manage inventory,
