Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our energetic finance team. Duties

- Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial records using various accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Workday, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, Kronos, UltiPro, and ADP.
- Support accounts payable functions by processing invoices, verifying expenses, and ensuring timely payments.
- Manage accounts receivable activities including invoicing customers, tracking payments, and reconciling incoming funds.
- Help prepare payroll data and support payroll processing using systems like ADP, Ceridian, Kronos, UltiPro, or Workday.
- Perform account reconciliations regularly to verify accuracy across different ledgers and bank statements.




- Assist with bookkeeping tasks and maintain organized financial documentation for audit readiness.
- Contribute to account analysis and budgeting activities by providing accurate financial data and reports.

Skills

- Strong proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Workday, PeopleSoft or similar platforms.
- Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Knowledge of payroll systems including ADP, Ceridian, Kronos or UltiPro.
- Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to perform account reconciliation accurately and efficiently.
- Basic understanding of financial services and accounting principles.
- Strong math skills coupled with analytical thinking for account analysis and budgeting tasks.
