Key Responsibilities:
• Perform regular building checks and inspections • Organize resident engagement initiatives throughout the year • Supervise maintenance staff and manage work orders • Develop and maintain cordial relationships with residents • Ensure health and safety practices are followed
Requirements: • Preferred Property Management designation • At least 2 years of experience in Property Management • Experience in team leadership required • Knowledge of YARDI software is advantageous • Strong communication and negotiation skills
