Salary: $ 27.00 to $ 30.00 / hour (depending on experience)

About the Company A agile landscaping company located in the East of Montreal in Saint-Léonard is looking for a Versatile Administrative Assistant to ensure the smooth running of daily operations. Reporting directly to the owner and supporting team leads, you will be the backbone of the office, handling administrative, accounting, and logistical tasks.

Responsibilities





- Assist the owner and team leads with all daily office tasks.
- Manage phone calls, email inquiries, and general follow-ups with clients and suppliers.
- Evaluate job costs for each project, prepare and send quotes, invoices, and administrative reports.
- Manage invoicing,.
- Update employee files, manage group RRSP contributions, group insurance, and perform related HR tasks.

Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar office role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (diploma in administration or a related field is an asset).
- Languages: Functional bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written).
- Software & Accounting: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Basic knowledge of accounting
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, autonomy, ability to multitask, detail-oriented, and versatile.
