We’re looking for a Full-Time Assistant Manager to support our Store Manager and help keep the team and restaurant running smoothly.
This is a excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and is ready to take the next step into a leadership role.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations
- Help lead and support the team during shifts
- Train and help onboard new team members
- Assist with inventory and supplier ordering
- Help maintain our standards for food, service, and cleanliness
- Step up and help lead the team when the Store Manager is away
What We’re Looking For
- Restaurant experience is an asset
- Reliable, positive, and organized
- Comfortable taking initiative and helping others
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Available to work a mix of mornings, evenings, and weekends
