In this motivating role, you'll act as the face of the club, welcoming Members and assisting them with inquiries and check-ins. You'll also manage incoming calls and resolve any issues they might face. Understanding club services and ensuring cleanliness are vital components of your daily tasks. You will be instrumental in ensuring a positive fitness experience for everyone.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome Members and facilitate their check-ins
• Answer and direct calls with professionalism
• Assist patrons with FitFix and cardio machine inquiries
• Lead Fit-Fix Starter sessions for onboarding
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
Requirements:
• CPR-A & AED Certification required upon hiring
• Must achieve Smart Tan certification in 3 months
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer service preferred
• Passion for fitness and member satisfaction essential
