As a Construction Labourer with CASMAN, you’ll be an important part of keeping our projects moving safely and efficiently. You’ll work alongside experienced construction professionals on active job sites while gaining valuable hands-on experience and opportunities to grow within the industry.

Key Responsibilities Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

General construction labour

Organizing and moving materials, equipment, and tools

Maintaining clean, secure, and organized work areas

Assisting site teams as required

What We're Looking For We’re looking for dependable and hardworking team members who take pride in their job.

Successful applicants must:





Be safety-conscious and comfortable working in an active construction environment

Be physically fit and able to lift up to

25 kg (50 lb)

Be comfortable working in a variety of indoor and outdoor conditions

Have a

valid Class 5 BC Driver’s Licence and reliable transportation

Experience operating a

forklift, telehandler, man lift, or other construction equipment

is considered an asset.
