About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Biostatistician to join their fully remote research and development team. This role is integral to the design, analysis, and interpretation of clinical trials and research studies, ensuring the statistical validity of findings that support drug development and regulatory submissions. You will collaborate closely with clinical scientists, data managers, and medical writers to develop statistical analysis plans, perform complex analyses, and present results. Key Responsibilities

- Design clinical trial protocols and develop statistical analysis plans (SAPs).
- Perform statistical analysis of clinical trial data using SAS, R, or other statistical software.
- Interpret statistical results and provide clear explanations to clinical and scientific teams.
- Contribute to the preparation of clinical study reports, regulatory submission documents, and manuscripts for publication.




- Ensure adherence to statistical best practices and regulatory guidelines (e.g., ICH).
- Collaborate with data management to define data structures and validation checks.

Requirements

- Master's or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience as a Biostatistician in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as SAS, R, or S-Plus.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial design and statistical methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain complex statistical concepts to non-statisticians.
