The selected candidate must demonstrate initiative and a strong sense of responsibility to install staircases, balconies, and railings according to provided plans and prefabricated components, while also being capable of performing welding work. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of team management experience (mandatory) Minimum 5 years of experience in construction and renovation (mandatory) Valid CCQ card or eligibility/prequalification to obtain a CCQ card, required to work on various job sites in the Greater Montréal area Required Skills Strong ability to work as part of a team Positive attitude and initiative Autonomous decision-making skills,
