MWCN is currently hiring a Community Engagement and Project Coordinator, and we would greatly appreciate your help in sharing this opportunity with your networks and anyone who may be a good fit.

The position will support two community projects focused on poverty reduction and social inclusion and understanding Indigenous culture. The successful candidate will work closely with community members, organizations, schools, municipalities, and other partners to coordinate outreach, consultations, workshops, cultural events, and community engagement initiatives.

Position highlights:

- Based at the MWCN Huntingdon office
- 35 hours per week
- $24–$26/hour, depending on experience
- Opportunities to work directly with community organizations, partners, schools, youth, seniors, and residents throughout the region

We are looking for someone with experience in areas such as community outreach, engagement, partnership development, or project coordination, with robust communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Fluency in both French and English is required.
