Become a Custodian/Janitor and play a vital role in keeping camp facilities clean and orderly. Undertake heavy cleaning tasks to ensure a safe setting for everyone.
In the role of Custodian/Janitor, you will maintain high cleanliness standards through tasks such as floor cleaning and rubbish removal. You will be proactive about seeking out areas in need of attention and adhering to safety protocols. A valid Driver's License is required for this position, along with the ability to work independently and within a team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform heavy cleaning duties, including carpet shampooing
• Collect trash following infection control procedures
• Sanitize surfaces and clean windows and furniture
• Move furniture and equipment for effective cleaning
• Complete assigned tasks from supervisors promptly
Requirements:
• Custodial experience in a commercial setting is beneficial
• Valid Driver's License necessary
• WHMIS and BSW Certifications preferred
• Proficient in English, verbal and written
• Capable of performing all job duties physically
