Responsibilities

- Engage with potential customers through outside sales efforts, building a robust sales pipeline of qualified leads.
- Conduct personalized vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features that meet each customer’s needs and preferences.
- Negotiate deals confidently, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
- Support B2B (business-to-business) sales initiatives to expand our network and reach high-end clientele.
- Upsell additional products and services, including warranties, financing options, and accessories to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, follow-ups, and customer interactions using CRM tools to ensure seamless sales management.




- Provide exceptional customer service by listening carefully, communicating clearly in multiple languages (including bilingual Spanish speakers), and ensuring a positive buying experience from start to finish.

Experience

- Proven experience in retail automotive sales or dealership environments is highly preferred.
- Solid background in outside sales, B2B sales, or high-end luxury vehicle sales.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively.
- Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in Spanish, are a valuable asset for engaging diverse customer bases.
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage a busy sales pipeline efficiently.
- Experience supporting sales teams through marketing initiatives and lead generation strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills with phone etiquette that fosters trust and rapport with clients.
