Duties

- Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Explain repair procedures clearly, providing transparent estimates and timelines
- Collaborate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure quality service delivery
- Upsell additional services or maintenance that benefit the customer’s vehicle longevity and safety
- Manage cash handling transactions accurately, including invoicing and payment processing
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service orders,



and vehicle history
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships

Qualifications

- Proven experience or automotive service advising background
- Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in automotive repair processes
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers of all backgrounds
- Experience in sales and upselling techniques to maximize service opportunities
- Competence in handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Knowledge of automotive parts, repair procedures, and dealership operations is highly preferred
