EXPERIENCED BARTENDER – UPSCALE ITALIAN DINING

Orsini Ristorante in Newmarket is looking for an experienced, polished and personable bartender to join our front-of-house team.

We’re looking for someone who knows their way around a bar — from beautifully crafted classic cocktails to wine service — and understands that great bartending is as much about hospitality as it is about what goes in the glass.

What you’ll be doing:

- Preparing classic and signature cocktails with consistency and style
- Providing knowledgeable wine and beverage service
- Setting up, stocking and maintaining a clean, organized bar
- Managing drink orders efficiently during busy dinner service
- Engaging with guests and creating a welcoming bar experience
- Working closely with servers and the kitchen to keep service flowing
- Maintaining proper alcohol-service and food-safety standards

What we’re looking for:





- Previous bartending experience required
- Solid cocktail, spirits and wine knowledge
- Valid Smart Serve certification required
- Professional, confident and well-presented
- Excellent guest-service and communication skills
- Fast, organized and calm under pressure
- Reliable and a strong team player
- Evening and weekend availability
