Key Responsibilities:



• Prepare and execute formulations for powder coating development • Weigh and blend raw materials correctly • Conduct polymer processing tasks effectively • Operate lab-scale equipment according to protocols • Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and quality standards

Requirements: • DEC in Chemistry, Materials Science, or equivalent • Minimum of one year in a related lab environment • Bilingual: English and French proficiency • Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision • Strong attention to detail and communication abilities
