You will be responsible for the efficient sorting and distribution of medical briefs, working closely with various stakeholders. Operating from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM, you will develop essential skills and contribute to our mission of facilitating fair claims settlements across Canada.
Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner • Scan and upload documents as per assessment dates • Follow up with clients to obtain necessary documents • Check for duplicates and privacy compliance • Monitor workload queues to meet departmental deadlines
Requirements: • Proficient in various software including Microsoft Office • Strong English language skills for effective communication • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently • Familiarity with medical/insurance documentation is beneficial • Flexibility and reliability in a busy workplace
